2. Description of Service

vocal-remover.ai provides AI-powered audio and video processing tools including vocal removal, video vocal removal, background noise removal, and instrumental creation. The Service processes uploaded files and returns separated audio tracks.

3. User Accounts

Free features are available without an account. Paid features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to files you upload and the output files generated. vocal-remover.ai claims no ownership of your content. Our tools place no restrictions on how you use the output files, but you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright law.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service quality.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. vocal-remover.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
